The highlight of the evening is our traditional Greek barbecue, where the aroma of marinated meats sizzling on the grill tantalizes the senses. We will guide you through the art of preparing classic Greek appetizers, from creamy tzatziki to delicious Greek potatoes and share time-honoured techniques passed down through generations. All recipes will be forwarded to you after the class so that you can recreate the magic in your own kitchen.
Meanwhile, delight in the soul-stirring melodies of live folk music performed by three talented musicians deeply rooted in the local tradition. As you mingle with fellow guests, sharing stories and forging connections, you’ll find yourself immersed in an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie, whilst discovering a deeper understanding of Greek culture and a newfound passion for its culinary treasures.
